| Nikolai
Repin Nikolai was born in the Kursk region of Russia. He attended art college in Leningrad and then the Repin where he graduated in the studio of Andrei Mylnikov. His works reside in a number of museums in Russia, as well as the Dracon Museum of Art in Taiwan. Repin has had one man shows in St. Petersburg, Kranstadt and Milan. He is listed in "A Dictionary of Russian and Soviet Painters, page 256. His work is also in "Tradition Rediscovered" pages 122-125. Repin's work is often
lively depictions of daily lives or historical interpretations. |
